My Little Lamb is made of hypoallergenic polyester material. It is safe for children and it will not cause any allergic reaction.

It auto-shutdowns after 30 mins of inactivity. Each time the buttons are pressed, the time for auto-shutdown is reset.

It is a 3.7 V / 500 mAh Li-Po battery. It is rechargeable by using a microUSB cable.

The battery’s life cycle is 500 cycles. After 500 cycles, the maximum capacity of the battery will begin to decrease. Recharge when necessary. Frequent charging should be avoided.

Long press the button above the nose to turn it on. Wait until the red light appears below the lamb’s neck. Long press to turn it off. Short press for pause. 

It is a 2W speaker. The volume is loud enough for a small group of people to hear the audio and low enough for bed time.

To increase the volume: Long press one of the front feet

To decrease the volume: Long press one of the rear feet

To change from one chapter to the next one: Short press the front left foot

To change from one chapter to the previous one: Short press the front right foot

To change from one folder/book to the next one: Short press the rear left foot

To change from one folder/book to the previous one: Short press the rear right foot

If you had turned it off or it had shut down automatically, then you turn it on again, it will pick up where it left off.

My Little Lamb has an internal lithium battery that is rechargeable via our supplied microUSB cable, or any other standard microUSB cable.

When charging, a red light will appear on the lamb’s chest,  and turn green when it is fully charged.

The audio player will stop playing after 25 mins, and the red light will blink for 5 mins before turning off completely.

Each time the buttons are pressed when navigating, the time for auto-shutdown is reset.

When it is turned on again, it will resume playing where it left off.

They are designed to be very durable even when pressed numerous times. But if there is any defect, please contact us promptly here.

Yes. But first, you need to remove the speaker/battery pack as it should NOT get wet. Open the zipper and detach the pack from the wires by pulling gently. The integrated wires and buttons can be soaked as they are waterproof.

Yes. My Little Lamb products meet the ASTM F963 Toy Safety Standards (American Society for Testing and Materials). It is safe for children aged 3+

Leave the lamb on with the red light flashing to deplete the battery. When the lamb says “Low battery, please charge”, the audio should start playing normally again. You can then give the lamb a full charge. If it is not working, please report it to us at [email protected]
