Not happy with a product? Return it to us.

You may return undamaged items to us postmarked within 45 calendar days of delivery. Please make sure the item is returned in the original condition, with the original packaging and accessories.

Damage on Arrival (DOA)

My Little Lamb guarantees safe delivery of your orders. We exchange all damaged items. My Little Lamb covers all return shipping charges.

Contact us for a RMA, within 5 days of delivery, and ship products back via the least expensive method.

Product Warranty (faulty / defective over normal use)

Unless otherwise noted on the product page, product warranty is 6 months counted from the date of shipment.

  • Within 3 months after initial shipment of order: 
    Upon returning, defective items are replaced or repaired and shipped back to customers for free. We will pay for return shipping. Contact us and we will send you a return shipping label.
  • 3 to 6 months after initial shipment of order:
    Upon returning, defective items are replaced or repaired for free. Customer pays for return shipping.
  • Afterwards:
    Customers may still send defective items back to My Little Lamb. My Little Lamb passes those items back to their manufacturer and helps coordinating the repair. Customers are responsible for shipping charges both ways.
  • Parts not covered by standard warranties:

           Damages and degradation caused by improper operations or use. 

Incorrect Description / Wrong Items Mailed

My Little Lamb will exchange the item or fully refund you. Contact us and we will provide you with a return shipping label, and My Little Lamb covers all return shipping charges.

An item not as described is defined as either a significant specification is different or the appearance of the primary product is significantly different, compared to those listed on the product page before ordering.
