Complete the form below to apply for one free sample. Before you fill out the form, please read the following Terms and Conditions:
Purpose: The applicant must be from an organization/church that does outreach projects or is involved in children ministry. We hope to share the Good News with children in a fun, engaging and comforting way.
Feedback: We value your feedback and will ask you to complete one short survey after you have tried the sample. We would highly appreciate it if you could give us some non-sensitive photos and testimonies of the lamb that we can use in our newsletters, articles and website.
Shipping and other fees: We will pay for shipping. If applicants are outside of the U.S, they are expected to pay for duties that may arise.
